Our manufacturing process begins by heating raw metal to over 1,000 degrees Celsius and shaping it between two dies on a forging hammer using the power of impact force. This Forging process not only gives the desired shape but also aligns the grain flow, resulting in increased hardness and strength.

After forging and some machining, the pliers undergo heat treatment processes. During the controlled heating and cooling stages, the metal properties are optimized for strength, hardness, ductility, elasticity, or wear resistance, as required.

Our pliers are heated and cooled under tight controls, with an additional induction hardening process applied to the cutting area to achieve the ideal balance of these key properties for superior durability.

The heat-treated pliers in the best condition are then polished and assembled, before proceeding to the most important process - sharpening. This is carried out piece by piece by experienced artisans, adjusting even the slightest deformation caused during the heat treatment. The result is pliers with optimal edge thickness and angle for each specific purpose, delivering the best cutting performance.

The sharp edges are specially optimized for cutting injection mold sprues and gates. The thinly sharpened blades provide an easy and clean flush cut. The sharp edge and lightweight body of our pliers help reduce user fatigue during continuous cutting work.
