Our manufacturing process begins by heating raw metal to over 1,000 degrees and shaping it between two dies on a forging hammer using impact force. This forging process provides the desired shape and aligns the grain flow to obtain hardness and strength.

After forging and some machining, the pliers undergo heat treatment processes. During the heating and cooling stages, the metal properties are improved or changed in terms of strength, hardness, ductility, elasticity, and wear resistance. Our pliers are heated and cooled under tight controls, and the cutting area receives extra induction hardening to achieve an ideal balance of these properties for superior durability.

The heat-treated pliers in the best condition are then polished and assembled to proceed to the sharpening process, which is the most crucial step in determining their cutting performance. Our pliers are sharpened piece by piece by experienced artisans using hand-work. Any slight deformation caused by the heat treatment process is adjusted, and the pliers obtain the best cutting performance with the optimal edge thickness and angle for each purpose.
