PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The manufacturing process for our pliers begins by heating raw metal to over 1,000 degrees and shaping it between two dies on a forging hammer using impact force. This Forging process not only provides the desired shape but also aligns the grain flow to enhance hardness and strength.
After forging and some machining, the pliers undergo heat treatment processes. During the heating and cooling stages, the metal properties are carefully controlled to improve or alter the strength, hardness, ductility, elasticity, and wear resistance. Our pliers are heated and cooled under tight controls, with an additional induction hardening process applied to the cutting area to achieve the ideal balance of these properties for superior durability.
The final and most crucial step is the sharpening process, which determines the cutting performance of the pliers. Our pliers are sharpened piece by piece by experienced artisans using hand-work. Any slight deformation caused during the heat treatment process is adjusted, and the pliers are given the optimal edge thickness and angle for each specific purpose, ensuring the best cutting performance.
